We thought this week was going to be the one, but unfortunately a few more last minute provisioning reliability issues have cropped up. Engineering team are working through them, but now targeting next week to begin early access unit shipping.
I’m wondering if this thing is even going to work.
I have changed my mailing address so many times with all these false starts and culks. When I email, no one will respond to me to confirm my shipping address. I’m an expat. I need to know that when I fact this unit ships it will be going to the proper address. Please

Any update? I was told shipping would happen in March, April, May, June, July, August, October, November, December, January & Last week.
Could you perhaps give us a worst case date? We understand you’re managing the issue by always being confident shipping is imminent: like the plane is always 5 minutes away from takeoff.. ![]()
But for me, as with many others, it’s been well over a year now and I’d prefer you were more frank rather than setting up periodic disappointments.
It’s eroding foundation’s reputation and diminishing the good will we all have.
Unfortunately there is no ‘worse date’. Every update we’ve provided is a best guess estimate based on the available information at the time.
We are building a brand new operating system and hardware platform from scratch. That means there’s lots of ‘moving parts’, which brings with it a ton of unforeseen problems. Oftentimes these issues seem trivial and easy to fix, but some can take days or even weeks to properly diagnose and rectify.
Really appreciate everyone’s patience, but as always if the wait or delays become too much, contact support and we can help with your order.
EDIT - We have been provisioning devices this week and are currently ironing out some issues with the recovery process. Once these are ironed out, shipping can begin. We were hoping to have this fixed last week, but its looking more like it will take another day or two.
I confess I am not happy how Foundation is handling the shipping of Prime. However, I recently purchased a Passport Core, and I believe it will be my go to wallet. Understand I own both Jades, both ColdCards and a Ledger. The reason I want the Prime is because it is simple and my wife will understand how use without a 2hr YouTube video. For the love of God please start prototyping your future builds. Cheers!
