Yes, we are planning to begin shipping Early Access customer units in the next few weeks.
Not purposely exaggerating but it’s been a while
I checked and I put in a PR/issue request for the Stax Sparrow wallet in late August 2024, which is when I got my Stax (and recall, I literally ordered on Day1, my order was in double digits. Ledger also ships 2-day via Fedex to the U.S., so clearly units did not ship in May even if they claimed that for optics).
Point being it was still 1 year 8 months, ~1.67 years.
Doesn’t matter, point being is that perfection takes time. Not knocking Ledger, just pointing out that even the market leader runs into issues regarding timelines so claiming this is irregular or something to not expect is silly, especially given the U.S. manufacturing push.
For reference, the dev of Sparrow wallet himself said he didn’t even plan to be able to get a test Stax himself until hopefully Sept 2024.
…Totally agree, quality takes time, and I really appreciate when a team chooses to do things right instead of rushing. Looking forward…
A little levity, waiting for the prime to drop is like waiting for the Epstein files to be released.![]()
As soon as I have useful information to be able to share with you guys, I will do so. Still working through final provisioning bugs at the factory.
Now worries, we have bigger issues in America right now, my prime is the least of my concerns. Hope you’re having a great weekend, QnA.![]()
At this rate it looking like March of 2026…smh
I’ll give them to the end of this month, otherwise I will just use the money to purchase a better miner. I can always get one down the road.
It sucks that I have waited this long, but I feel like my money could be better spent elsewhere. I gotta admit, that NerdQAxe++ looks badass.
I wonder how to put in a formal request for a refund..![]()
Just send us an email quoting your order info if you have any questions about your order.
UPDATE
We’ve made some great progress over the past 2 weeks, with bugs squashed and provisioning now working as expected. We are continuing testing into next week and slowly starting to ramp numbers.
From a timeline perspective, provided things continue as planned, we’re aiming to begin shipping devices WC Jan 26th.
We are almost there. ![]()
I will be swinging back through the States in April to my mailing address. Which I have changed several times hence all the false starts. If it isn’t there by mid April, I’m out 100%. I placed my order within minutes of the announcement. This is just starting to get ridiculous and downright embarrassing. Don’t bother with any canned responses. Put up or shut up at this point. Looking forward to the product but it seems you guys got in way over your heads. The truth isn’t always pretty and my patience is wearing thin
Awesome! Thanks for the update.
Exciting times!

Based off this post in the comments that I see below assuming everything goes well you guys will be shipping this week. I’m looking to probably move by the end of next week so is there a way and I’m very frustrated about this but would there be a way to temporarily put my order on hold until I get a new address for the order to be shipped to and if I do that will I be delayed unfairly even further because I put the order on hold or will you have my device ready for me to ship out once I provide the address?
@qna What are your thoughts?
Yes still currently on plan to have at least began shipping Early Access Customer units by the end of the week.
Of course we can pause your order, no issue at all. Please contact support directly with your requirements and make sure you state your order number. @B_N
We thought this week was going to be the one, but unfortunately a few more last minute provisioning reliability issues have cropped up. Engineering team are working through them, but now targeting next week to begin early access unit shipping.
