I just curious if you guys are still on schedule with the Passport Prime shipping. I ordered one within 5 minutes of the annoucment and page going live. I’m an expat but will be back in the states and lined my trip up in the mid April to the first week of May. Hoping that you guys are still on schedule. The country I live in imposes 100% duty on anything imported. So definitely trying to avoid that. Thank you

We are currently estimating that Early Access Customer devices like yours will begin shipping in late April. We’ll be sending an email update out to all Prime customers in the coming days.

Hi QNA. I tried to email foundation and there is no live chat option for me on the website. No updates on shipping. Not sure if i should just go back to the country I live and worry about it next year when i come visit may family. Not optimal but i cant sit around and burn time and $$$ waiting for something that may not come. Please advise. I cant reach anyone at Foundation. Thank you

Unfortunately, it sounds like there will be a delay, longer than I can wait. I sent Jeremy an email back indicating that I will need the unit to be sent to Brazil as I will not be able to stay for the amount of time he was estimating, unfortunately. I am currently waiting on his response to send him my address down there. Sadly, this is my only option and will have to pay 100% of the item in import tax. But thats life I guess
I’m in the same boat. I booked a trip to the USA for this time of year so that I could pick up my Prime. Do have any idea of the ship time? Before the end of July?

I was told that they are at least 3 weeks out. Components are stuck in customs. Tariff’d…. I’m going to have to bail then, unfortunately and get it shipped to the country I live in and pay 100% import tax. Sucks but it is what it is…
