Is there any estimation of when devices will be available for order with a “reasonable” delivery time going forward now that most of the kinks have been worked out?
The reason I ask is if a device is lost/damaged/stolen access to the Bitcoin wallet will be available with a seed phrase but the restore/magic backup option to restore to a new Prime will require a Prime. I’m just hesitant to move more of my “digital life” to a Prime unless replacements are available.
End of next week I would estimate we will be fully caught up and shipping within 1-2 business days! And we will remain in stock.
And with regard to your second point – we have an open source tool that we will release to restore your Keycard backup even if you don’t have a Passport Prime available.
