I’m using the Envoy Mobile App v 2.2.14 on an iPhone 16. I have untagged Coins that I want to assign to a category. After I select the category name and select continue, I receive a black screen. The only thing I can do at this point is close the app. Attached pic of screen. Not that it will provide any useful information for you. ![]()

Good news: this is a known bug and it’s already fixed in an upcoming version of Envoy, so you won’t need to do anything once that update lands.
To avoid the black screen until the fix ships, tag your coins in smaller chunks rather than selecting all of your untagged coins at once. Leaving at least one untagged coin out of the selection should sidestep the issue.

On a side note, can’t say how easy it was to set up the new Passport Prime and Envoy App. I’ve used several other HWWs on the market and yours is the first one that intuitively makes perfect sense to my brain
