The envoy app is having trouble connecting to the passport prime to show my pass phrase wallet.
It did so once after considerable time.
Then just to check I reloaded my passphrase, it loaded then it just disappeared.
Btw you just don’t have to turn the device off for it to clear your passphrase. If you wind up hitting close all windows, your passphrase wallet goes away on the prime.
Thanks for reporting this. Your observation about Close All Windows is correct. Closing all apps also closes the Bitcoin Wallet app, which clears the active passphrase from memory. Envoy deliberately hides the corresponding wallet whenever that passphrase is not active. Nothing has been deleted, and entering the exact same passphrase will restore the same wallet.
The lengthy delay before the wallet appeared is not expected, though. Please make sure Passport Prime is running KeyOS 1.4.0 and Envoy is fully updated. Then keep Envoy open in the foreground, enter the passphrase on Passport Prime, and leave the Bitcoin Wallet app open while it synchronizes.
If it still does not appear promptly, please send:
Your KeyOS and Envoy versions, phone model and operating-system version.
Envoy logs from Settings > Advanced > View Envoy Logs.
Passport Prime logs from Settings > Advanced > Save Log File.
Please capture both logs immediately after the problem occurs, before restarting either device or closing the Bitcoin Wallet app.
