Start setup on Passport Prime not working...help?

Hi Team - I updated my iOS Envoy to 2.2.12 and scanned he QR code on my Prime device and the Envoy app just spins and eventually (20+ minutes) times out and doesn’t proceed. I’ve tried 3-4 times with same result…screenshot from my phone attached.

Are you using Tor or a VPN? At this stage, Envoy checks if it is connected to the Internet before proceeding. If it cannot connect it is supposed to time out and give an error message (which I just successfully tested) but possibly if Tor is being extremely slow, as opposed to offline, it might keep spinning. Please let me know.
