Hi, looking at setting up a passphrase for an existing Foundation Core. I already have 5 separate accounts set up!in the Core. If I create the passphrase, do I then use that same passphrase for all 5 accounts when I do transactions?

No, the with the passphrase applied you’ll have a brand new wallet that has its own sub accounts.
If you want all funds to be inside the passphrase protected wallet, and still segregated by account, then you’ll need to create those accounts inside the passphrase wallet and send the funds on-chain from one to the other.
