Thank you for shipping. I received my Prime today - and am excited to get to know it.
One question arose immediately upon receipt:
The white shipping box contained 2 smaller boxes decorated in Foundation colors. One contained the Prime device, and other is empty. The empty box is labelled (on the back, above bar code) “FD-BUMPER”.
Was that box meant to contain a storage sleeve for the Passport Prime?

Hi, I received an email saying that my prime was going to be shipped today. I looked at the shipping address in the email and it says it was sent to New Hampshire. I’ve never been to New Hampshire and don’t know anyone there. I looked at my confirmation email from when I placed the order and it has the correct shipping address. Now the UPS tracking says it was deliver to New Hampshire. I don’t know why you guys sent it there. I live on the other side of the country. Chris from your team sent me here to get help.
