Preordered but no email

Thanks for the messages! I actually just found it. I had used my Apple “hide my email” thing rather than my normal email.

I am planning to place an order tomorrow to USA address, my relatives in USA will be back to my country by the month of april, If i were to order now, will I get the device by end of march without fail?, if there is a delay and the device cant reach my relatives before they come back to home country, can I cancel the order?

The device is highly unlikely to be shipped by the end of March, especially as your order would be right at the back of the early access customer queue, with around 1000 orders before yours.

Can it be shipped by the end of april atleast?, you mean to say the 1000s pieces are not being shipped together?

We are aiming for end of April, but again I cannot guarantee when a specific order will ship.

Devices with ship in the order received. We won’t wait to make all 1000 then ship on the same day.

I really want the device, Can you prioritize by april end? is it highly probably? Without it , I wont be able to proceed with the multisig setup at all

We are doing everything we can to get devices shipped as soon as possible, but I cannot give any guarantees on specific dates I’m sorry.
