Passport Prime Firmware Update

I was trying to update the firmware to 1.3.0 multiple times from my iPhone. The prime showed receiving update, but from my phone it looked like it didn’t actual successfully download the update. I tried restarting device and unpairing / repairing multiple times with no success.

I tried updating with an old android device and that worked without a problem. Not sure if anybody else has seen this, but wanted to flag either esy

This is very likely a Tor connectivity issue (we are working on this separately).

Please head to the Envoy privacy screen and turn on ‘Better Performance’, then retry the update.
