Hello,
I received my Passport Prime and was connecting it to Envoy. The Magic Backup wasn’t working at first, but after I removed the previous Envoy setup, it worked properly.
However, now the Passport Core version is only showing as “loading” and not updating.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?

Hey @onwaybtc thank for reorting this! Yes, this is indeed a bug that we addressed in the upcoming Envoy 2.2.13 version (ENV-2875). We will be submitting to the stores today, so whatever it takes for them to review and approve and then we will ship it.
