Is the core ready to ship I want to get one but I don’t want to order until I know there in stock and ready to ship.

Hello. I ordered a passport core (order 19699) in early May and so far havent received it.
I received one email from Ben in customer services, but his estimate of delivery time is now weeks overdue, and im no longer getting responses from customer services.
Please provide an update, or if it’s not coming very soon should I arrange a refund?

June has passed, and now it’s July. I ordered in May and am still waiting without any update emails. When will it be shipped?

I’m also having the same issue . Ordered mid June and still haven’t receive any update other than what is here on the forum. Was told units would begin shipping July 14th but so far I have not yet heard anything
Units are being assembled right now and shipping begins next week as scheduled.

Yes it will. We begin shipping today in small quantities and will be ramping up during the following days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking ID.

Hi, any update on when they will be shipped. I’ve been trying to get an update from customer service with no luck… honestly the lack of communication has been disappointing. I wouldn’t have bought a foundation core if I knew they weren’t ready for shipping.
