Passphrase wallet hidden, but transactions still appear in Activity tab

I think I’ve run into a privacy issue and want to confirm whether it’s intended behavior or a bug.
What I’m seeing: a passphrase wallet that isn’t displayed in my main account view still has its transactions summarized in the Activity tab. The wallet itself is effectively “invisible,” but the Activity timeline reveals that transactions occurred.

If a hidden/passphrase wallet’s activity leaks into the timeline, it undermines the plausible-deniability value of a passphrase wallet an observer wwith access to the unlocked app could infer a hidden wallet exists even though no wallet is shown.

Thanks, this is already known and fixed. The change is in QA and will land in Envoy 2.3.1. After that, transactions from a passphrase account are excluded from Activity unless that passphrase is currently active, matching the account list.

This was a display issue in the companion app only. The passphrase still works at the seed level, so it controls which keys exist, which addresses are derived, and what your Passport will sign. Funds were not affected and no change is needed on the device.

Perfect, thanks.

I am getting a prime wallet with passphrase temporary but not all transactions :face_with_monocle:
