EDIT - Upon checking orders associated with the email you provided, your order is for a Passport Prime reservation, not a Passport Core. We have already provided a shipping update via email for these devices 2-3 weeks ago, with another one following in the next 1-2 days.
We have only ever communicated that Passport Core was estimated to ship in late April. Below is a copy of the automated email that gets sent to all Core customers. It might have been filtered into your spam inbox by your email provider?
