To aid in our investigations, could you please let us know the Envoy version you’re running, as well as the iOS version.
If you can remember if you’d carried out any specific steps that led up to the problem, that would also be very useful to know about too.

No specific actions. Just tried to open the app this morning to check my BTC holdings and was not able to advance beyond the screes shot above.
I deleted the app and restarted the phone, downloaded the app again…same issue persists

Do you only have Passport accounts added, or do you also have a mobile wallet present? If yes to the latter, is it a mobile wallet with Magic Backups or manual?
I have passport added. I do not use mobile wallet. Only cold wallet
Honestly, I do not know what is magic backup, etc. All I have is envoy linked to my passport
In a mean time, I paired my passport with BLUE WALLET on my phone and SPARROW on my MACBOOK.
Works perfectly so far

Only just received my passport, experienced a hung firmware install, and now the envoy app is freezing, am I expecting too much?

This issue should have been fixed in yesterday’s release, please update to the latest version to get it resolved if you encounter this and are in a version below 1.8.5. Thank you everyone for your patience!
