Once a beta version is installed, you cannot downgrade to an earlier version. Despite extensive internal testing, if you hit a bug on a beta build you will need to wait for either a newer beta version or the main release containing the fix before it can be resolved. Only test the beta version channel if you are comfortable with this.

I installed KeyOS v1.3.0. I do not have any issues. I can disconnect devices and reconnect and still use my passphrase account. However my passphrase account disappearances in Envoy once I disconnect from Prime. Do you plan on changing this and enable it to be permanently viewable ? I donât see any benefit in this feature.
I needed several tries until the update reached my device finally.
On Envoy I switched from âimproved privacyâ to âbetter performanceâ in the privacy settings and additionally plugged USB power to the Passport Prime.
Not sure if this really had some effects, but maybe this helps others to play around in case the update does not work seamless as it happened on my end.
Great! Something to think about Nunchuk wallet lets users have multiple pins to sign in. Example pin 1234 has base wallet & passphrased wallet. Pin 5555 only has base wallet.
Seems Files App with USB connection to Win11 is broken. Tried it with two different clients that worked before KeyOS v1.3.0 Beta. Checked also different cabling and different USB ports. No success.
Could you please be more descriptive about how it is broken? What did/didnât happen?
Files app is meant to work without connecting to a laptop - it explores the files within prime. Airlock is when the connection to the computer makes sense - you copy files to and from the airlock, connecting prime to a computer will show it as a flash drive in your computer. Is this not showing up?
What other clients did you use it with before the update? Do you think you can use KeyOS1.3.0 with any of those two clients that it used to work with before? Want to make sure this was indeed introduced by 1.3.0
Right, airlock as flash drive is not visible in both W11 clients I work with. Normally I get a ping sound when plugging USB devices; even this ping sound is missing, no USB device shown in system control.
Also connecting to my android smartphone by USB does not show up any data on both devices.
This is exactly what I did. Both W11 clients worked with Prime USB connection before; both do not work anymore with 1.3.0
@Jack ⌠seems there happend a user related error. I checked enabled connections by swiping from the top edge and saw USB was disabled. Not sure how this happend. But clearly solved my USB connection complains. Sorry for that.
hahah all good, that was going to be my next question - i complained to devs FAR too many times about airlock not working, only find later i had manually disabled the usb conneciton myself. Thanks for reporting back though
Hi, I cannot custom reorder my items in the âKeysâ App. Tipping on the arrows, nothing happens. In the â2FAâ and âVaultâ App all works as expected, itâs only in the âKeysâ App.
