My home screen keeps loading, and the Bitcoin price in USD isn’t showing. I’m not sure if I’m missing something—what should I do? I’ve already tried restarting the device and reconnecting to Envoy, but Prime is still stuck on the loading screen.
Hey, this is a known issue affecting all Prime users. The third party service we use as a price oracle has been down since yesterday. We are actively looking to resolve the situation ASAP.

If that’s the reason, then it’s totally fine. Honestly, checking the price isn’t that important to me—things like mempool blocks or the halving progress are much more useful to look at.
