Was reading that Prime has 50gb that can be used for file storage. Will the device allow for viewability of PDF and word files or is it strictly for storage only? What would the optimal way be to transfer files from either my iphone or MacBook?

We don’t plan to allow for on-device file viewing in the short/medium term. It’s a lot of additional code and wouldn’t be a great experience on a screen which is a fair bit smaller than your mobile phone.
File transfer will be via USB, and secured with the AirLock. In theory we could open this up to QuantumLink transfers to your phone to, but it requires a specific BlueTooth protocol that would need to be incorporated into our existing QuantumLink one, so would be a lot more complex.
