I love your product and I’ve been using it and promoting it all everyone I know!
Since the last two days, I noticed an issue with the Fiat Price of my Bitcoin is not being updated in Envoy. When I switch to 5g, the Fiat Price is updated every 30 sec, but if I switch to WiFi even after 5 min, there is no Fiat Price update.
I deleted the app, reinstalled and reconnected everything and it still does not work. I even re-stared my WiFi router and reconnected the WiFi on my phone, but nothing changed.
I hope this is just an isolated issue with my WiFi, and not something that might effect other customers.
If you have any recommendations for me how could I adress this topic, please let me know.

Hi Oliver,
As mentioned in our DMs, the fact that you also cannot access our main website means that your ISP is blocking our domains. Are you able to connect to another WiFi spot to confirm this?

Thank you very much for the fast response.
In the next few days I will have access to another WiFi network to try it out, but not as of now. When I switch to the mobile network (5g) everything works as expected.
I believe you are right with the assumption that my internet provider is blocking your webpage & Fiat price adjustments.
I’ll provide feedback if I encounter the problem using a different WiFi. In the meantime, if you have any other hints, let me know.
