Certainly possible and something we could consider if there’s more demand. Most mobile wallets don’t do this because it’s common for transactions to include multiple coins from multiple addresses on the input side. We do provide an embedded explorer link for those that want to go and check the extra info though.
In Envoy if you add a note to any transaction, that note will automatically be applied to any related coins.
