Unable to sent sats keyboard won’t minimize

How long until we get prime update?

Hey just to confirm, the keyboard issue issue you’re seeing is on Envoy on your phone, not Passport Prime?

The reason I ask is because you then asked when a Passport Prime update is coming.

Basically if an update makes your app unusable this is terrible user experience

Hey Hope,

First of all, thanks for the report. We will fix this asap. In the meantime, know this is far from blocking you:

  • You can scan the qr directly from this screen by tapping the button below, so the address will populate from there without the keyboard ever coming up

  • If you copied the address and have it in your clipboard, you can tap either of these paste icons to have the address populated without the keyboard ever coming up
