I ve bought my passport prime this month and after receiving it, my first action was update the firmware.
the device came with version 1.2.0 from factory and ive sucessfully instaled 1.3.0 , after the installation of the firmware the device became complete darker with the lowest brightness , the slider doesnt do nothing and its really hard to use it on day light.

i have reach multiple times with this problem to the support, answer the questions regarding the firmware version iam running and a video showing the problem. hope i can have some help here.
I have replied to both of your emails, on 8 August and again on 17 August, within the hour each time. Neither reply appears to have reached you, and the answers and video you sent have not reached us either, so something is filtering the messages in both directions.
Two things worth trying:
Check your junk, spam and deleted folders for messages from hello@foundation.xyz, and mark them as safe if you find them.
If nothing is there, write to hello@foundation.xyz from a different email provider and mention this thread, and I will pick it up from there.
Either way we will get you sorted. You are also welcome to reply here in the meantime, but since we need private order information from you, email would be much better.
