Diffuculties Updating to new firmware

Hello,
So I recieved my Passport Prime in the first batch. I set it up but forgot to set it up with the Magic Keys. I was generated a 12 word seedphrase. I was then told by a team member that I should wait for an update to allow this. Mind you that I have done zero with my Prime at this point. Has no info and I could wipe with zero problems.

But now I see that there was new firmware released the other day. I have my prime linked to Envoy on my iPhone 17 pro. It shows my device connected but I am unable to update. I am currently on 1.2.1

I check for new version and I get nothing

Can somebody please help me?

I am willing to completely wipe this device and start from scratch

I think I am just going to erase the device and start again from scratch. Wish me luck

@DAG this is very likely a Tor connection issue. Disable it in Envoy and try the update check again.

I just went ahead and started from scratch. Unfortunately, ever since I got my iPhone 17 Pro, I have never been able to connect to my own server via Tor. Never had a problem before. Ben has been working diligently with me. I hope to have a solution soon. Not being able to connect to my own node is deal breaker for me. I can connect to my node via Tor on Sparrow. So it’s definitely something on the Envoy side
