Concierge Service

I received my device after 5 weeks and also paid for the Concierge Service $99 AUD, this was not on my invoice. I have emailed several times to book the concierge service that I paid for and have had no reply, I am extremely frustrated as I would like to use my wallet. VERY POOR SERVICE

I have just searched the email associated with your account here on our forum and I see one inbound email on August 12th, which I personally responded to an hour after we received it.

I see that you are a hotmail user, which explains a lot. Hotmail is currently known for either:

A) Not delivering all emails to our .xyz domain
B) Filtering our responses to your spam/junk email folders (have you checked these?)

We are actively trying to get them to resolve this for us, but in the mean time, do you have an email account with another provider that you can use to contact us? If not, please use the online chat on our websites. You just need to click the blue bubble in the bottom right corner.

I see that you’ve now made your concierge booking, so I presume you must have found our emails. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist.
