Can't see balance, and Envoy crashing

I’m trying to see my balance by going to my passport account. I’m connected to my node which seems to be working properly with no errors. My balance is not showing (balance is greyed out, and transactions are greyed out. Worse, the app is closing unprompted with no feedback.

I’m using a Pixel 9 pro - android 15. Envoy is version 1.8.6.

For the balance issue, have you tried swiping left on the account card? Sounds like you’ve just hidden the balances.

Yes i’ve tried it. The balance is greyed out like it’s trying to load. See image…

Can you send through your logs please? Settings > Advanced > View Envoy Logs. Send via DM to me.

I changed it to foundation node to remove that variable.

Is your internet connectivity looking good? Wifi/vpn and that stuff ok?

Also, are you on “Improved Privacy” or “Better Performance”?
