Weird thing happening to me:
I was able to onboard passport prime a couple of weeks ago. Today tried connect my passport prime and it doesn’t work.
passport prime shows envoy not connected:
My phone’s bluetooth is activated and shows phone / passport is connected. My envoy app on my grapheneos phone shows passport prime onboarded and quantum link inactive. my passport prime showing the wallet is disconnected
Can’t seem to figure out how to connect my passport prime. What am I doing wrong ?
Try pairing in the phone settings and renaming the Prime. The quantum link then reactivates automatically
just noticed an error msg in my envoy app: Foundation Servers are not reachable
Could that be the issue or a part of it ?
@SWSimon I deleted your most recent image to preserve your privacy. On Passport Prime can you tap on where it says ‘Envoy not connected’ in the settings and let me know what you see?
For the ‘Servers not reachable’ in Envoy, that shouldn’t be affecting anything. Is that persistent, or just something you saw flash up once?
