I filled out the contact form on this page: foundation(dot)xyz(slash)company, with the same email attached to my ID on this forum, on 3 January.
I received an automated email response saying “Thanks for contacting Foundation. We aim to respond to support queries within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Responses to queries received over the weekend may take slightly longer.”

Thanks for confirming Brendon. I’ve checked the form backend and have found the entry.
For some reason it did not trigger the automation to send to our customer support inbox, which is why nobody saw it. I have manually forwarded it to our inbox and will respond to this myself right now.
Unfortunately, I have bought 3 passport core’s and the buttons are all shaky. One in particular is so bad, I can’t scroll down only left and right. Not to mention the fact that I keep getting errors to update the firmware.
It just seems like I have made a mistake in going all in with these.
