Hi, all. I’m trying to set up my Passport, using Envoy on my iPhone. For the life of me, I can’t get past the point of updating the firmware. Generally, all I get is the Failed to Download message. Only once did it even begin to transfer and that time it made it to about 22% before failing. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey, can you check if you’re using ‘Improved Privacy’ in the Envoy privacy screen? If you are, try turning that off then reattempting the update.
