I am experiencing a synchronization issue between Passport Prime and Envoy, where the transaction history and balance for my Passport Prime wallet in Envoy are incomplete and do not match what is shown on-chain.
My main concern is verifying that Passport Prime is fully synchronized in Envoy. I will feel much better and safer when I can open the app and see all of my funds and transaction history correctly reflected. Especially with the possibility of a fork this weekend, I’d like to ensure everything is synchronized before I continue using Passport Prime.
Issue Details:
I transferred funds from my original Passport Core wallet to my new Passport Prime wallet using Sparrow via two transactions:
- The first transaction, sent over 3 days ago, appears correctly in Envoy.
- The second transaction, sent approximately 48 hours ago, is missing from the Envoy transaction history, resulting in an incorrect balance.
Both transactions are fully confirmed on-chain and display correctly in Sparrow under the Passport Prime wallet, confirming successful fund receipt. However, Envoy does not display the second transaction, resulting in an incomplete transaction history and an incorrect balance.
Errors Encountered:
- When attempting to create an Envoy backup, the process fails with the error: “v2 server returned status 413 Payload Too Large.”
- The logs also repeatedly show: “Failed to create account directory… already exists.”
Environment:
- Envoy Version: 2.3.0 (107)
- Device: iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 18.6.2)
- Wallets: Passport Core and Passport Prime
**Could you please advise on how to safely restore or resynchronize the Passport Prime account in Envoy so the correct balance and transaction history are reflected? I have not deleted the app, removed the account, or unpaired the device yet to avoid interfering with the existing data.
do you need my Envoy logs ?**
