Hi, are you able to still purchase a passport core? I have been on your website. And I can only see options to purchase the passport prime? Also the last couple I purchased a few years ago. I paid in BTC. This doesn’t appear to be an option anymore?

Passport Prime is now our primary device. It builds on the same security-first foundation, with a more refined experience and expanded capabilities far beyond a traditional Bitcoin hardware wallet.
There’s currently a bug in our store software preventing non-US orders from using our BTCPay. If you’d like to pay in Bitcoin, contact support with your requirements, shipping and contact info, and we can create a manual order and send a Bitcoin payment link.
Ok thanks for that information. So if I was looking at upgrading from the core to Prime. Am I able to import my existing keys from Core into Prime. And all my existing BTC accounts will come across on Envoy Prime? I can’t see a tutorial on this?
Yes that’s right. You can import your Passport Core seed words during the ‘Master Key’ setup part of onboarding. After you complete the setup, any additional accounts can be added in seconds. These additional accounts will auto-sync with Envoy over the QuantumLink bluetooth connection
The encrypted backup recovery option from Passport Core will also be activated soon.
