Perfect. Can you insert the USB-C microSD adapter and SD card we shipped with the device into your phone and open the files app and let me know if your phone recognizes the ‘PASSPORT SD’? If you aren’t sure how to navigate to the right place to find that, let me know. ---

The blue light on the reader flickers a few times every few seconds. I’m able to use my other sd card reader and read the card fine in the phone. Cheers! ---

I know this is a bit late, but I also have an iPhone 16 Pro Max on the latest OS — I don’t have a last gen Passport though, so I don’t have the adapters available to me. I did preorder the Prime. I use this SD card adapter with Mac / PC / iPhone and microSD cards are recognized w/ it. Thanks @RadRedRover. We have some alternative adapters on the way from the same supplier. Looks like its an incompatibility with the latest iPhone and that specific brand.
